Heartwarming Encounter: Hippo Becomes Unlikely Hero, Protecting Wildebeest from Relentless Hyena Pursuit

Up until now, the scene in the wildlife world is all about killing each other, rarely we see scenes of animals of different species protecting and loving each other.

This is a really fascinating sight to be seen, hippo saving a life antelope. Don’t know if it was because of the herd or for some other reason, an antelope was left alone on the riverbank, at first the hippopotamus attacked but very lightly and let the antelope go ashore.

As soon as they got ashore, the hyena caught the breath of the prey from afar. Antelopes quickly ran into the lake, hyenas stood on the shore surrounded.

Seeing that the hippo came and stepped ashore was probably a sign that this was its territory.

The hyenas have to leave because they are not rivals of hippos if they do not follow a large group of cubs.

I really want to see more scenes like this. It is meaningful and beautiful!
