Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit.
Just days after his previous sexual assault lawsuit, an anonymous woman, referred to as Jane Doe, has alleged that Combs assaulted her multiple times over a four-year period. According to Doe, she first met Combs in November 2020 and claims the assaults continued until July 2024, coinciding with the federal government raiding his properties and his subsequent arrest.
In court documents obtained by *The Mirror*, the woman alleges that she became pregnant during this time but suffered a miscarriage. She states that the incidents were “funded, facilitated, and perpetrated by his associates, employees, and his various companies.”
Doe claims she was invited on an all-expenses-paid trip overseas with Combs. After this trip, she alleges that “Combs and/or his employees (including but not limited to his chief of staff Kristina Khorram) and agents arranged and paid for her travel to Combs’ homes in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and other cities.”
She reported waking up one day with bruised feet and a bite mark on her heel, unable to explain how the injuries occurred. Additionally, she claims she was drugged without her consent and became pregnant, leading to harassment from Combs and his associates to seek an abortion.
Doe also alleged that she was coerced into “performing a show” for Combs and consumed water that she described as having a “strange” taste. Even after attempting to distance herself from him, she claims Combs continued to contact her.
The court documents assert, “To this day, Defendant Combs continues to contact Jane Doe in attempts to control her actions, autonomy, and restrict her speech through harassment, intimidation, and other tactics.”
This lawsuit is among several filed by other women who allege they were coerced into sexual acts, drugged, and assaulted.
Combs has not yet responded to these new allegations and has pleaded not guilty to all criminal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, while denying any wrongdoing.
