Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a series of serious allegations, including a new sexual assault lawsuit filed today in New York City. The plaintiff, a former model from Florida, alleges that Combs intimidated her, drugged her, raped her, and impregnated her over several years starting in 2021. She claims that after being pressured by Combs’ associates to have an abortion, she suffered a miscarriage. The lawsuit describes a disturbing pattern of behavior, including allegations that she was forced to use ketamine and alcohol and had to engage in sexual activities with other individuals while being controlled by Combs.

This latest lawsuit is part of a growing number of accusations against the music mogul, which have intensified since his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed her own allegations of assault and abuse in November 2020. The details in the new filing echo those in previous lawsuits, with the plaintiff reporting waking up with bruises and injuries without any recollection of how they occurred after spending time with Combs.

The new lawsuit comes shortly after Thalia Graves accused Combs and a bodyguard of raping her in 2001 and selling footage of the incident. Graves’ lawsuit alleges ongoing intimidation from Combs and his associates, warning her to remain silent about the assault under threat of repercussions.

Combs was arrested on September 16 at a Manhattan hotel and is facing serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. If found guilty, he could potentially face life in prison. While he has pleaded not guilty to the charges, he previously described Ventura’s allegations as “blatant blackmail” before settling with her for approximately $30 million. His admission of “inexcusable” behavior surfaced after security footage from 2016 of him assaulting Ventura became public.

As the investigation continues, a grand jury has reportedly heard testimony from a male sex worker regarding Combs’ alleged “Freak Offs.” Meanwhile, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced that his firm is now representing over fifty individuals who have come forward with claims of sexual assault and abuse against Combs, some of whom were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. Buzbee plans to hold a press conference next week to discuss these claims further.

As of now, Combs has not been released on bail, and there is no trial date set in the federal case. Both the prosecution and defense are eager to move quickly toward a jury trial.
