billionaire Elon Musk has been ordered to appear in court to resolve issues related to author Ashley St. Clairs child custody lawsuit.
Musk, 53, is scheduled to appear on May 29, according to People . Musks lawyers will debate whether the billionaire needs a paternity test, Ashley St. Clairs request for sole custody of the child, and the couples child support agreement. New York Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey H. Pearlman is overseeing the case.
Karen B. Rosenthal, Ashley St. Clairs attorney, said Musk has not yet responded to the courts request. Musk is represented by an attorney in New York City, where Ashley St. Clair lives and filed the lawsuit. He has prolonged this and caused unnecessary distress. We have no one to speak to in a dignified manner, Rosenthal said.

St. Clair sued Musk for custody of their son on February 21. In the filing, the author said that RSC their son was born in September 2024. She asserted that Musk was not present when RSC was born and only met the child three times, did not participate in the care and upbringing of the child. St. Clair also asked to determine the paternity.
